To further standardize and guide the research and evaluation of anti-hair loss cosmetics, the Cosmetics Supervision Department of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has drafted two guiding principles, including the "Technical Guidelines for Research on Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics (Trial Implementation) (Draft for Comment)," and accompanying drafting instructions (Appendixes 1-4), in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, including the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and the "Administrative Measures for the Registration and Filing of Cosmetics."
