In order to implement the National Medical Products Administration's "Several Provisions on Supporting Cosmetic Ingredient Innovation" and guide registrants in standardizing the updating of cosmetic new ingredient filing information and related research work, in accordance with the "Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulations," the "Measures for the Administration of Cosmetic Registration and Filing," the "Provisions on the Management of Registration and Filing Documentation for Cosmetic New Ingredients," and other relevant regulations and supporting documents, our institute has drafted the "Technical Guidelines for Updating Cosmetic New Ingredient Filing Information (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)" and its explanatory notes (Attachments 1 and 2). These are now open for public feedback. Please provide your comments by filling out the feedback form (Attachment 3) and emailing it to hzpxyl@nifdc.org.cn by April 15, 2025.
