       In order to implement the requirements of the National Medical Products Administration's "Several Provisions on Supporting the Innovation of Cosmetics Raw Materials" and improve the efficiency of the evaluation and approval of new raw materials and cosmetics, the China National Medical Products Administration has optimized the intelligent declaration and evaluation system for cosmetics, added a functional module for synchronous declaration of new cosmetic raw materials and related products, and officially launched it on May 9, 2025. Through this module, the registrant and filer of new cosmetic ingredients and related products can submit a registration application for special cosmetics using the new ingredient when registering the new cosmetic ingredient.
